28- 29 March - Paris, France
Welcome to Paris and the 5th NONIE meeting
The NONIE meeting is traditionally a participatory moment when different perspectives confront and enrich each-other. Building on a 5-year experience, we propose this year a meeting that focuses on lessons learnt from undertaking impact evaluations rather than on presentations of case studies. It is as usual open to non members who have an interest in impact evaluations.
This two-day meeting will encompass approximately a dozen of sessions (keynote speakers, plenary panels and roundtables, and paper presentations) which will focus on how we can commission and implement better and useful impact evaluations. We'd like to encourage evaluators from different background (Partner countries administration, NGOs, Foundations, Researchers...) to come and share their experience with the NONIE members.
In anticipation of the conference, we propose you to express your preferences and start the discussion.
· A short survey is launched to know better your expectations towards the NONIE meeting sessions.
· We also start "the opinion pages" to offer room for debate before the meeting.
And we'd like to encourage you to post your favourite documents on impact evaluation on the "Resource page" so that NONIE can contribute better to knowledge sharing on impact evaluations.
We are delighted to welcome you all in Paris to share inspiring and frank debates about impact evaluations.
